We currently have an exciting role available as a Retail Despatch Administrator supporting our very busy Despatch/Transport Department. The role will be 37.5 hours, Weds – Sat.
Responsibilities
Producing Despatch paperwork throughout the day
Distributing Despatch paperwork to the relevant people/departments
Ensuring all administration procedures are carried out correctly
Processing daily and forecasted orders
Liaising with the Planning department daily
Working with the Despatch team to meet customer demands
Qualifications
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well to strict deadlines and cope under pressure
A good level of English is an advantage but not a necessity
Able to work extra hours when required
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Ability to function as part of a team
