What you'll do

There is a variety of responsibilities across the store, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a high-quality customer service culture by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training Associates in service policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and standards are met.
• Influencing sales and trends by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What you'll need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify customer and associate needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
• The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
