What you'll do

There is a variety of responsibilities in this role, including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, communicating updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
  • Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with management.
  • Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with standards.
  • Contributing to sales and trends by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, promoting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy through dynamic feature changes.

What you'll need

To start your career with us, you should have:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to address Customer and Associate inquiries and needs, and strong technical knowledge of register operations
  • The ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment

Additional Information: Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
