Job summary

Sport Chek in Canada is seeking an Advisor Lead who will engage customers and staff with a positive, helpful attitude. You will support the store management team with shift oversight in your department and across the store as needed.

This role emphasizes active selling, merchandising, coaching part-time team members, meeting daily sales goals, and leading store operations in the absence of management. It also includes promoting Triangle loyalty and other customer programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Ability to build and manage a daily plan for the department and store.
• Experience training and mentoring employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for active, healthy living.

Job Description

Our typical hiring range is between $18.60 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
