Role Purpose

As a Retail Consultant, you will embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products relevant to their needs. You will welcome customers and deepen their experience through intentional interactions. Demonstrating products that meet customer needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our commercial success.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a customer service role or environment
• Effective selling skills and ability to drive outcomes
• Ability to introduce Aesop products through hand demonstrations
• Experience working in and contributing to a team
• Empathy to manage relationships and foster a positive, inclusive environment
• Open mindset and curiosity to understand others and listen without judgment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of skincare and the industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)
• Availability for at least 5 full days, including weekends, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
