You will welcome customers into our spaces and deepen their experience with our products through intentional interactions. Demonstrating products that meet customer needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a customer service role or environment.
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.
• Ability to consistently introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations.
• Experience contributing to a team environment.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and foster a positive, inclusive experience for all.
• An open mindset and curiosity to understand others, listen without judgment, and value diverse perspectives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of skincare and the skincare industry (advantageous).
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous).
• Availability for at least 3 full days, including weekends, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
