Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, in Oakville, is hiring Store Team Members to provide friendly, customer-focused service and ensure shelves are stocked to meet customer needs.

No previous experience is required; we provide training to set you up for success. This role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays per company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety requirements.
