Job summary

Loblaw’s Real Canadian Superstore is hiring store team members to help deliver a positive in-store experience. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and contribute to a clean, well-organized shopping environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. This role offers flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and remain in constant mobility during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
