Loblaw's Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to help deliver a positive in-store experience across Canada. No previous experience is required; you’ll receive training to set you up for success and join a unionized team with a starting hourly wage.

You’ll stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while maintaining clean, safe department areas. Flexibility for varied hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
