Anthropologie is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for our West Vancouver location at 766 Main Street. You will support service, selling, and operations to create an engaging store environment and foster community among the team.

You will lead on the sales floor, assist with recruiting, scheduling, and training, and collaborate on shipments and omni fulfillment while upholding brand standards to deliver extraordinary service.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive store environment.
• Leads the salesfloor and drives engagement to meet store objectives.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to retain a diverse and engaged team.
• Supports daily operating processes including opening/closing, restocking, and facilities/IT issues.
• Collaborates on shipment and omni fulfillment, maintains visual standards and stock levels.
