Job summary

Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd. in Surrey seeks a Retail Branch Manager to lead a front-line team delivering Personal Lines and Autoplan services, balancing daily operations with a strong focus on retention, growth, and client experience.

You will coach staff, set clear expectations, oversee onboarding, ensure 5-star service, monitor renewals and workflows, and collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to keep the branch compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 general insurance license; CAIB or CIP is an asset.
• Experience leading front-line teams in an insurance or client-facing environment.
• Working knowledge of Personal Lines and ICBC workflows and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support a blended Personal Lines and Autoplan team.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and daily operations to run the branch smoothly.
• Maintain high client service standards and manage renewals and follow-ups.
• Lead onboarding and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with IT and other Schill teams to ensure systems and processes support service.
