THE TEAM

As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and further growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor

• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through styling expertise
• Deliver memorable experiences by creating meaningful moments
• Build personalized connections to enhance client loyalty

As a Service Advisor

• Welcome clients and direct them to the right Service Counter
• Prepare products for processing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Package products to enhance the Everyday Luxury experience
• Support Service Counter operations

As an Inventory Associate

• Process shipments to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients
• Manage product placement in the backroom
• Uphold product display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Assist in seamless retail operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser

• Manage shipments and product placement on the sales floor
• Translate product stories within boutiques
• Maintain display standards and support integrated shopping experiences
• Assist in boutique operations across various functions

THE COMPENSATION
