As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to deliver Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor,

• Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise
• Create meaningful, memorable experiences
• Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty

As a Service Advisor,

• Welcome clients
• Match clients with products and direct them accordingly
• Prepare products for processing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Package products for an opening experience
• Support Service Counter operations

As an Inventory Associate,

• Process shipments accurately
• Place products strategically in the backroom
• Uphold product display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Support retail operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser,

• Process shipments accurately
• Place products on the sales floor
• Translate product stories
• Validate display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping
• Support all retail operations

THE COMPENSATION
