THE TEAM
The mission of the Retail team is to deliver world-class client experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our high-performance Retail team as we deliver Everyday Luxury to the world. We offer industry-leading wages starting at $20-$30/hr with unlimited growth potential. You will experience a comprehensive Retail education through onboarding and ongoing development opportunities. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities, with potential for growth within Aritzia.

THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise
• Create meaningful, memorable experiences
• Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients and direct them appropriately
• Prepare products and process transactions efficiently
• Package products for an opening experience
• Support Service Counter operations

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments accurately
• Manage product placement and display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Process shipments and place products on the sales floor
• Translate product stories and validate display standards
• Support operational aspects of the boutique

THE COMPENSATION
