Job Summary

Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and works with other retail associates.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Handle cash properly and complete required reports, including inventory, cash, and production records.
2. Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns.
3. Assist with menu planning and ordering using company programs.
4. Open and close the department following security policies.
5. Assist in selecting and training new associates.
6. Ensure daily and weekly tasks are performed by associates.
7. Comply with all food safety and health regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
8. Use cleaning chemicals safely following manufacturer instructions and MSDS/SDS sheets.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
