As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and further growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through styling expertise
• Create meaningful, memorable moments for clients
• Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty and affinity to Aritzia

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate service
• Prepare products for processing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Package products for an opening experience
• Support operations at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients
• Place products strategically in the backroom
• Maintain product display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Ensure seamless retail operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Process shipments efficiently and accurately
• Place products on the sales floor strategically
• Translate product stories within boutiques
• Validate display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Assist in seamless boutique operations across various aspects

THE QUALIFICATIONS

THE COMPENSATION
