Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, promoting products like jackets, hats, sunscreen, and custom souvenirs.
- Operate a point-of-sale system (RTP) to sell products, handle transactions, and manage pricing.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and enhance guest experience.
- Resolve sales issues such as scanning errors, exchanges, and returns efficiently.
- Ensure store setup is complete, including till preparation and supply readiness, before opening.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and complete administrative tasks like inventory counting and filing.
- Communicate with other departments, including Lift Operators and Guest Service Agents, to enhance operations.
- Provide information about weather, hiking trail conditions, and tram operations.
- Follow cash handling procedures and submit end-of-day reports to supervisors.
- Comply with safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned.
