As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise
• Deliver world-class experiences by creating memorable moments
• Build deep, personalized connections with clients to enhance loyalty

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients and direct them to the right Service Counter
• Prepare products for processing
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Package products for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
• Support operations at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments to and from the DC, boutiques, and clients
• Place products strategically in the backroom
• Uphold product display standards
• Enable cross-channel shopping experiences
• Support seamless retail operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Process shipments efficiently and accurately
• Place products on the sales floor strategically
• Translate product stories within boutiques
• Validate product display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences
• Support retail operations across all aspects of the boutique

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range is $20 - $30 CAD per hour. Our compensation package includes opportunities for growth and recognition through our pay-for-performance philosophy, along with aspirational workspaces and employee perks.
