POSITION SUMMARY:
In accordance with established procedures, policies, and available tools, the successful candidate is responsible for handling inbound traffic in-store and outbound calls from all Cogeco systems in a timely and professional manner. The mandate is to maximize all sales opportunities, resolve customer issues, and ensure an optimal level of quality customer service.
This role focuses on providing efficient and friendly service to customers visiting the Cogeco retail store. Responsibilities include promoting products and services, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering professional service. The ideal candidate is driven, goal-oriented, competitive, resilient, and comfortable overcoming rejection to pursue sales.
