As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills you gain can lead to a rewarding career and growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLES

As a Boutique Associate, you will:

• Support the Service Counter team for efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate our merchandise and support a seamless retail environment

As a Style Advisor, you will:

• Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise
• Create meaningful, memorable experiences
• Build personalized connections to enhance client loyalty

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate service
• Prepare products and process transactions efficiently
• Package products for a luxury experience
• Support Service Counter operations

As an Inventory Associate, you will:

• Process shipments accurately and efficiently
• Manage product placement and display standards
• Support cross-channel shopping experiences

As a Merchandiser, you will:

• Manage shipments and product placement
• Translate product stories and validate displays
• Support seamless operations across the boutique
