Job summary

Golden Skybridge Adventure Park in the Columbia Valley, BC, is hiring for Summer 2026 as a full-time seasonal Retail Associate. You will assist guests with product knowledge, operate tills, and maintain a welcoming store environment on a fast-paced hillside attraction.

Candidates should be able to upsell, learn our POS and Storiboxphoto platform, and work weekends/holidays. English fluency, reliability, and a friendly, team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to upsell and meet/exceed sales targets in retail.
• Ability to learn and operate POS systems and Storiboxphoto platform.
• Take initiative on restocking, remerchandising, and cleaning duties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Consent to criminal record check.

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Retail Associate will provide service in the form of product knowledge and general assistance to our guests.This position is expected to uphold ourhigh standardsof service, merchandising, and display. We require candidates to work well in a team environment as well as independently.

• Efficiently operating tills, handling cash/credit transactions, andupselling/promotingproducts.
• Keeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized
• Ensuring service is friendly, courteous, and professional
• Communicating with co-workers and management
• Forwarding observations and comments from guests in a timely fashion
• The application of upselling and cross selling techniques to maximize the potential of staff incentives
• Facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
• Supporting Photo Associates and photo program
• Upholding the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven ability to upsell and meet/exceed sales targets in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Ability to quickly learn and efficientlyoperateourPOS systems and Storiboxphoto platform
• Ability to take initiative on restocking, remerchandising, and regular cleaning duties
• Strong attention to detail
