Job summary

Canada West Ski Areas Association is hiring for the Golden Skybridge Adventure Park in Golden, BC for Summer 2026. This full-time seasonal role supports ticketing, guest guidance, and on-site operations at a premier mountain attraction.

Responsibilities include handling cash and card payments, processing tickets with a computerized system, and assisting guests with directions and safety guidance. Outdoor work and high guest volumes are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is required in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
• Experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong listening skills with diverse guests are essential.
• Flexibility with shift schedules and weekend work is expected.

Responsibilities

From canyon-spanning zipline rides to moments of awe atop Canada’s highest suspension bridge, wonder awaits at Golden Skybridge!
This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with ticket sales, combo packages, questions, directions, and guidance in visiting our sister attractions and the Canadian Rockies
• Using a computerized ticketing systems to issue and process guest ticket
• Handles cash and credit transactions
• Validates tickets prior to boarding
• Performs crowd management
• Solicits guest feedback

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A high level of customer service is paramount, along with attaining a high level of knowledge of the Golden Skybridge, the attraction and surroundings, and the unique features and habitat of the area
• A high level of customer service and experience in guest services, or similar
• Attention to detail and good communication and listening skills with local and international guests and staff
• Second language skills highly advantageous
• Solid knowledge of the products and services available in Golden and its surroundings
• Accuracy and efficiency in handling large amounts of cash ($CAD and $US) and debit/credit transactions under fast-paced and busy conditions
• Work in a fast-paced environment and overcome guest objections
• Physical demands including constant use of hands, repetitive actions and speaking, sitting/standing for long periods of time, frequent bending/twisting and working outdoors

The starting wage for this role is $18.50/hour
