We are currently hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for our Halifax and Dartmouth locations. We provide a competitive salary, opportunities for growth, and internal advancement as we expand. We seek outstanding talent to join our retail team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer service, including educating customers on natural feeding principles (training provided), and helping them select the best options for their pets.
• Processing purchases, payments, and returns.
• Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Representing Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and commitment to quality.
• Availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work between our two retail locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience required.
• Team-player with problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer questions and concerns.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems.
• Experience in the pet industry is an asset.
