Our retail Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is vital to delivering a distinctive shopping experience. The ASM works collaboratively with the Store Manager and management team to oversee daily retail operations at the store.

1. Assist in supervising and facilitating daily store operations.
2. Oversee responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
3. Contribute to personnel management activities such as interviews, promotions, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when requested.
4. Provide guidance and instruction to store staff.
5. Maintain store standards and conditions.
6. Help create weekly staffing schedules to meet business needs.
7. Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct.
9. Ensure adherence to company policies and legislation.
10. Handle customer complaints appropriately.
11. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
12. Assist in inventory management.
13. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
