Job summary

YM Inc. West49 is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Manager for our Mic Mac Mall location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

You will join our store leadership team to drive sales, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of store management experience, be business-minded, and capable of developing team members while maintaining a high standard of service.

• 1 year minimum experience as part of a Store Management team.
• Business focused with a proven ability to drive sales.
