Job summary

La Vie en Rose in New Westminster is seeking an experienced store manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. You will ensure exceptional customer service, Merchandising and stock control, with a focus on results.

You will manage schedules, open/close duties and collaborate with head office to implement promotions and product launches in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to meet sales goals and uphold La Vie en Rose standards.
• Post sales performance and daily tasks with the assistant/retail manager.
• Oversee visual presentation, stock control and in-store customer experience.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports and share results with the team.
• Open and close the store and ensure policy compliance.
