Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining company standards.
• Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan and execute store operations, visual presentation, and merchandising.

• Assist with HR tasks such as scheduling and staff development.
