Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager to achieve sales goals and maintain company standards.
• Motivate your team to excel and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Train team members on sales techniques and product features.
• Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist with product knowledge.
• Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
• Ensure smooth store operations and meet personal sales goals.
• Mobilize the team to foster a positive work environment.
• Recruit, train and source candidates for various roles.
• Manage absences and lateness of team members.
• Create attractive store visuals and ensure planograms are followed.
• Stay aware of competition and reflect brand image in displays.
• Assist with planning orders and maintaining displays.
• Maintain cleanliness of store and backstore.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports and share results with the team.
• Open and close the store.
• Respect policies of head office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed.
