Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Kamloops store on a part-time, on-site basis. You will assist with daily store functions, customer service, and team development to ensure smooth operations.

You will help organize merchandise, train associates, and uphold company policies while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff. The role starts as soon as possible and offers part-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Store management experience in retail or related environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
