Ourclient, a leading Over-the-counter (OTC) and Health & Beauty (HABA)Distributor, located in North York, ON is looking to hire anexperienced Retail Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reportingto the Team Lead, Key Accounts, the Retail Analyst will work in closepartnership with Key Account Managers on promotional and marketing plans. Theywill be responsible for running weekly POS and promotional reports fromretailer sites (including ad-hoc reports as requested), compiling actionableinsights from data, completing retailer planogram/modular submission forms,managing retailer and internal item setups, and liaising with retail buyingteams to manage day-to-day business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide sales and promotionreporting and analysis (weekly, monthly, ad hoc).
  • Lead promotional planning,submissions, analysis, and ad confirmation (flyers, deals, displays).
  • Monitor planogram/modularsubmissions, delist recommendations, markdowns, sampling, and forecasting.
  • Complete item setup andmaintenance (new item creation, cost changes, UPC changes, and packagingupdates).
  • Lead ROI analysis of tradeinvestment programs with key customers.
  • Lead quarterly tradeanalysis sessions with Finance and Sales leadership to optimize trade spending.
  • Track sales execution, KPIs,and other relevant metrics.
  • Analyze POS and ex-factorydata from various retailers and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Provide overall accountcoordination and management in partnership with internal and external teams(Key Account Managers, Sales Reps, Buyers, Replenishment, Logistics, Finance,Order Desk).

EDUCATION:

  • Degree in BusinessAdministration or related field, or equivalent experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retailsales analysis experience, preferably within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)organization.
  • Knowledge of the Health andBeauty (HABA), Healthcare, or Over-the-counter (OTC) industries an asset.
  • Experience with retailportals (Retail Link, LDIA, IRI, Nielsen).
  • Proficient computer skillsand in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle multipleprojects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills andthe ability to provide actionable insights.
  • High energy, entrepreneurialmindset, and a creative, strategic approach.
