Qualifications

  • DEP avec expérience pertinente ou DEC et expérience connexe.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

Your role in the team :

  • The incumbent reports to Brunet accounting. They are primarily responsible for receiving documents, processing accounts payable, cash reports, and bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities as a Detail Accounting Clerk include:

  • Managing incoming mail from pharmacies (accounting documents), handling received emails, and organizing them.
  • Processing cash reports, special deposits, and cash disbursements.
  • Handling accounts payable, producing checks, bank transfers, and following up with franchisees and suppliers.
  • Processing pharmacy credit card transactions.
  • Recording franchisee account statements.
  • Reconciling bank accounts.
  • Performing other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications we are looking for :

  • DEP with relevant experience or DEC and related experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Computer skills (Excel, accounting software)
  • Basic accounting knowledge (debit and credit)
