What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Drive sales by providing strong customer service skills.
  2. Consistently deliver store standards that enhance the brand and create a positive customer experience.
  3. Assist in achieving store sales goals and profit plans.
  4. Support overall store operations.
  5. Protect company assets.
  6. Utilize teamwork skills to help grow the store and brand, providing constructive feedback.

  1. Ability to drive sales through understanding and explaining merchandise.
  2. Accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
  3. Ownership and accountability.
  4. Experience in retail, customer service, and inventory control.
  5. Excellent selling skills.
  6. Knowledge of POS systems.
Qualifications Of The Role:
  1. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  2. High School Diploma or GED.
  3. Ability to stand, move around, lift/push up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.
