Qualifications

Join our team as a Restorative Care Aide!

Under the supervision of the Restorative Care Coordinator, the Restorative Care Aide is responsible for delivering restorative care services.

Qualifications include:

  • Successful completion of a restorative care training program or enrollment in one;
  • Completion of a relevant training course supervised by a qualified therapist, as required under the Fixing Long Term Care Act, 2021, ss. 79 and Ontario Regulation 67/22 (2);
  • Demonstrated interest in ongoing education;
  • Flexibility, innovation, and creativity;
  • Minimum of two years' experience in geriatric rehabilitation or Long Term Care (preferred);
  • Computer literacy.
