Reports To: Restoration Manager

What does a Restoration Technician/Painter with Paul Davis do?
  • Serve others within your community in their time of need
  • Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
  • Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e., mitigating flood and fire damage, restoring properties to their original state)
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a world-class team
  • Strong customer service dedication
  • Proficiency in Skilled Trades such as carpentry, seam filling, painting, cabinetry, flooring
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in residential & commercial painting
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
  • Willingness to learn new skills
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, carpentry, seam filling, painting, flooring, cleaning, and contents services according to standards under supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in on-call schedules
  • Assist in warehousing and facility tasks as needed
  • Support team members and lead when necessary
