Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Positive attitude and desire to contribute
  • Customer service dedication
  • Proficiency in trades like carpentry, seam filling, painting, cabinetry, flooring
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in residential & commercial painting
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
  • Desire to learn and grow
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, carpentry, seam filling, painting, flooring, cleaning, and contents services as per industry standards
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in on-call schedule
  • Assist in warehousing and facility tasks
  • Support and lead team members when opportunities arise
