Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician to apply WRT skills in restoring homes and businesses after damage. You will assess damage, set up drying and deodorization, and perform water, mold, and asbestos remediation following industry standards.

You will support or lead response crews, coordinate site setup, and ensure equipment and safety systems are properly maintained. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the restoration/emergency industry.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Knowledge of water remediation procedures per IICRC S-500.

Responsibilities

• Assess damage and set up drying and deodorization systems.
• Carry out water, mold, and asbestos remediation following standards.
• Support or lead response crews and coordinate site setup.
• Ensure equipment, scaffolding, and safety systems are in place.
• Communicate progress and keep projects on track.
