Job description

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting day-to-day site operations, ensuring work areas are safe, organized, and running efficiently. You will provide restoration technician duties and assist seconds and leads in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all health and safety protocols, including site-specific procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
  • Complete required on-site documentation and paperwork accurately and on time
  • Set up necessary tools, materials, and equipment at job sites, including dust containment systems
  • Support on-site and assist with basic tasks as directed:
    • Clean, pack and list items
    • Clean equipment
    • Removal materials
  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders and teammates to support smooth project flow

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction or restoration environments is preferred
  • Basic construction skills and the ability to use common hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and working in various conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions closely
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation and app-based tasks
