Job Type: Full Time

The Project Manager is responsible for determining the scope of work for the project, working in conjunction with the Homeowner, Property Manager, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. The Project Manager ensures the work is completed on time and to the highest quality, focusing on the scope and estimate of work to bring the property back to pre-loss state.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate initial customer contact, assess damages, educate the client on the process, timing and expectations of emergency and repair phase
• Establish the scope of work for the project.
• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, using Xactimate.
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Taking pictures (before, moisture readings, during and after), Enter moisture readings
• Assist remediation technicians with extraction, demo, cleanup, equipment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid Ontario G driver's license required

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in the Restoration industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience using Xactimate is required, successfully preparing residential and commercial estimates for a variety of insurer profiles.
• IICRC Certifications, minimum Water Damage Restoration (WRT)
• Experience using MS Outlook, Word & Excel required.

Job Details:

• Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
• 5 days on the schedule
• Commission on emergency jobs closed by you.
• The company provided an emergency vehicle and cell phone.
• Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
