Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform final cleans for residential and commercial projects, maintaining good housekeeping habits during projects and in the warehouse
• Site preparation and protection
• Maintain inventory of materials used on job sites
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project
• Update all parties involved on work progress
• Work under the direction of the job-site team lead
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Provide prompt and quality service
• Pay attention to detail
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Able to lift heavy items with assistance
• Work overtime when required
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience or certifications in the following areas will increase your negotiable starting wage:

• Construction, restoration, or cleaning experience
• IICRC certifications or other relevant tickets/certifications
• Computer and phone app skills and understanding
