A&W is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to lead a diverse local team in Winnipeg. You will oversee staff, control labor and food costs, and uphold the brand's service standards with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring food safety, assisting with inventory, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. Eligible to work in Canada and willing to drive excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with guest experience in mind.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen/FOH processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to meet restaurant targets and standards.
• Monitor and control labour and food costs.
• Collaborate with team to meet service times and customer expectations.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional service aligned with the A&W brand.
• Spend shift time on floor supporting and guiding employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Hire, retain and terminate employees as needed.
• Assist with inventory management.
