Our Restaurant Supervisor ensures the guest experience created is a forever lasting memory by providing an elevated dining experience. YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Oversee food & beverage operations for the restaurant during operating hours
  • Work independently as the server/bartender, providing quick and courteous food and beverage service
  • Ensure consistent steps of service with every guest interaction and promote upselling and revenue generating items in line with marketing initiatives
  • Get to know our guests; be able to comfortably answer any questions they may have and remain attentive to their needs
  • Complete closing and opening duties in a timely manner; ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy, and functional, and bars are well-stocked with all necessary materials
  • Oversee guest reservations, supporting increasing guest bookings
  • Maintain the POS system as required
  • Complete end of day reports daily, sending them to the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure compliance with food & safety standards as well as AGCO legislation
  • Create a memorable guest experience including menu execution and food quality, overall experience, and ensure feedback is received.
  • Rectify any guest issues as needed.
  • Make a difference in the lives of each and every one of our members and guests by directly contributing their extraordinary memories.
  • Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities.
  • Perform all other side duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a restaurant experience, or a related role in the hospitality / tourism industry is required
  • Smart Serve certified
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail & time management skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite, Open Table and POS systems(Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
  • Flexible availability to work during restaurant operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
