JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for two energetic Restaurant Supervisors to keep our operations running smoothly:

  1. Daytime Supervisor – morning to late afternoon shifts
  2. Evening Supervisor – late afternoon to close

You’ll be the go-to person on shift, making sure guests have an exceptional dining experience, staff stay motivated, and everything runs like a well-plated dish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO!

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations with a smile – from opening to close (depending on your shift).
  • Supervise, train, and support staff to deliver top-notch service.
  • Handle cash, daily reports, and inventory with accuracy.
  • Jump in where needed – whether that’s helping on the floor or resolving a customer issue before they even know it’s a problem.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be/have:

  • 1+ years supervising in a restaurant, café, or similar

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and adeptness with social media platforms.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
