Job summary

Wendy's Canada is seeking outgoing Shift Supervisors for our 243 Oxford Street location. You will support restaurant leadership, train crew, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires supervising on all shifts and promoting food safety and efficiency. You will collaborate with management to optimize operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to train staff and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Availability to work all shifts (Open, Mid, Close).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-million-dollar operation with strong customer service.
• Be available to work all shifts (Open, Mid, Close).
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including setting up cash registers and closing cash verification.
• Perform walk-throughs to prepare the restaurant for opening/closing or rushes.
• Lead communications with crew to maximize retention and performance.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks to meet company policies and service standards.
• Ensure quality, production and service standards and a safe, professional environment.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and profitability with Restaurant Management.
• Resolve guest-related issues promptly when needed.
