Job Description

As a Restaurant Server, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our "we’ve been expecting you" guest experience. Your role is essential in shaping guests' impressions of our service quality. You will provide efficient and friendly service, set the stage for a memorable dining experience, and maximize food & beverage revenue while leaving a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the restaurant, public areas, server stations, and storage areas to ensure a great first impression.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant.
• Develop strong product knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest inquiries.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare itemized checks and process payments.
• Follow all regulations related to the service of food and alcohol.

Experience, Skills, and Education

• 1-2 years of experience as a server or in a food & beverage role preferred.
• Tech-savvy with good digital skills.
• ProServe certification is required.

Working Conditions

This role may involve day, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends, with long days during busy periods. It requires physical movement, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. There may be periods of independent work and temperature variations between the back and front of house.
