A Food Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials
• Take and input guest food and beverage orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
• Keep serving station well-stocked at all times
