Qualifications

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Greet Customers
• Servefood and beverages to to customers during different meal periods (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night)
• Takefood and beverage orders
• Process payments using POS Systems. Handles cash in accordance with Sodexo policies.
• Clear, clean and set tables as required.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness as required
• Ensure customer safety by following safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness policies.
• Participate in Sodexo food safety/physical safety/ HACCP training programs
• May assist with any other activities relating to food services

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Exceptional customer service skills. Proven ability to providea positive dining experience to customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using POS Systems (Micros)
• One to two years of similar experience required
• Must have Smart Choices or Serving it Safe Certificate
• Food handlers certificate an asset
• Room service experience an asset
• Demonstrated ability for exceptional customer service,
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be physically able to walk/stand for extended periods, carry trays.
