We’re currently in search of a Restaurant/Pool Supervisor (Seasonal) for our Harriet's Rooftop who shares these values and will champion them at 1 Hotel Toronto. We are looking for a leader second-to-none, someone who knows how to motivate a team, elevate standards, and cultivate an environment for learning as we all continue to grow. We’re looking for a people magnet, a genius at anticipating obstacles and finding quick solutions. Most importantly, someone who’s not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome.

Qualifications

About you...

1. Passionate about food & beverage with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a luxury or hospitality setting.
3. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
4. Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
5. Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
6. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
