A dynamic food service technology company in Toronto is looking for a Restaurant Partnership Manager. In this role, you'll oversee partnerships with restaurants, ensure their needs are met, and work alongside multiple departments to drive growth and success. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in the restaurant or catering industry and possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Restaurant Partnership Manager to our team. This will be a dynamic role responsible for overseeing our restaurant partnerships across various services and setting the strategic objectives for the team. In this role, you will be responsible for determining our client's needs for each service and ensuring we find and prioritize those partners, oversee existing partner performance and review and update partner policies. You will also be responsible for working with other departments to ensure overall success.
As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in maximizing our vendor partner satisfaction. You will be part of a small(but strong) team and will have a direct impact on our company's success. You will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
To be successful in this role, it's important to have, at a minimum, proven experience in the Restaurant or Catering industry, preferably in a strategic or leadership role.
