Job summary

The Gather Supervisor at Park Hospitality—Leaf Coffee Bar in Winnipeg is responsible for achieving revenue targets and maintaining high restaurant standards while delivering warm, caring service. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage schedules, handle escalated guest concerns, and oversee cash handling to ensure a smooth operation.

You will partner with the GM to execute the strategic plan and create memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and innovative engagement

Qualifications

• The Gather Supervisor is responsible for achieving revenue targets for Gather and The Leaf Coffee Bar as well as operational standards and efficiency related to running the restaurant and coffee bar.
• This position will work with the Gather GM to execute the strategic plan and ensure guests enjoy outstanding customer experiences through service excellence.
• The Supervisor will lead a service team that creates memorable experiences by focusing on attention to detail and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure safe work practices.
• Enhance the guest experience and resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage cash reconciliation and tip-outs.
• Respond to hourly sales fluctuations and maximize labour dollars.
• Train and supervise FOH and BOH personnel to meet Park Hospitality standards.
• Manage staff and volunteers, delegate duties, and support performance reviews.
• Accountable for inventory processes and reporting.
