Job Description:

Restaurant Operations Assistant at Big Way Hot Pot located in Richmond, BC V6V 3B6, Canada. This position is open to candidates with a Bachelor Degree. The job opening is currently available and will remain so until 2025-05-28.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Regional Manager in writing and updating the SOPs for restaurant operations in the region.
  2. Organize and document operational activities of each store, including content updates.
  3. Maintain store operation systems, such as inspections, ordering, product launches, menu checks, promotions, and delivery platform systems.
  4. Monitor marketing events, promotions, and planning within the food industry.
  5. Collect operational data from each store.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of catering experience.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • Fast learner, challenge-oriented, proficient in Excel, Google Drive, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Driver's license required.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Pay: From $18.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in catering
  • Language: Mandarin preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Driving License and work permit in Canada preferred
